“I’ve been watching the Menuhin Competition since I was seven. I’ve always looked up to the participants and dreamed of being one of them someday. When I received an email informing me that I was selected to compete, I realized that my dream had come true. Playing a wide variety of pieces, such as Baroque and contemporary pieces side by side on stage, will be a big challenge for me and I'm looking forward to facing it. I’m also looking forward to making new friends, learning from the maestros and the participants, and getting inspired by all of them to help me progress to another level of musicianship. Lastly, I hope I can keep a close connection to the new friends and musicians after the Menuhin Competition. I’m sure this will be an unforgettable experience for me and I will treasure it very much.”
